To lead the integral management in the Human Resources department and all its processes, including Occupational Health and Safety, for a staff of between 300 and 400 permanent and temporary employees, through the development and application of the processes, procedures, policies and guidelines that generate a culture with a "People First" approach, to meet business objectives, in line with the general strategy of the company.
To lead the integral management in the Human Resources department and all its processes, including Occupational Health and Safety, for a staff of between 90 and 110 permanent and temporary employees, through the development and application of the processes, procedures, policies and guidelines that generate a culture with a "People First" approach, to meet business objectives, in line with the general strategy of the company.
To assist the HR Director in the integral management of Human Resources department and all its processes, including Occupational Health and Safety, for a staff of between 250 and 300 permanent and temporary employees, through the development and application of the processes, procedures, policies and guidelines that generate a culture with a "People First" approach, to meet business objectives, in line with the general strategy of the company.
To assist the Chief Engineer in the administrative management of the maintenance area by ensuring the purchase of supplies, to guarrantee the continuity of department's work, including the monitoring and control of maintenance requirements from the different property's areas.
To lead the hotel's reservations process, through the management, organization and control of rooms selling, to guarantee the highest possible revenue, as well as the process of delivering rooms at the hotel front desk.
