About the role
CaptivateIQ is searching for an experienced Sales Operations Manager that will support our growing global sales organization. You’ll help us unlock further productivity and efficiency gains by aiding our best-in-class sales team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will contribute directly to strategy and process development and have ownership over our entire sales tech stack, driving efficiencies for our end users and uncovering actionable insights from our data for sales leadership.
This is a key role within our Sales org, with broad strategic responsibilities, executive visibility, an opportunity to directly influence the trajectory of the business, and significant growth potential.Responsibilities:
  • Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of CaptivateIQ’s sales motion, identifying core focus areas throughout the sales funnel with data-driven insights, and developing recommendations that drive revenue and process improvements
  • Lead all aspects of our sales reporting and insights across both short and long-term horizons
  • Execute strategic sales projects from ideation to completion as well as evolution and work cross-functionally with peers across various GTM and Operations teams.
  • Assist our growing sales team (~50 stakeholders across AEs, AMs, BDRs, Mgmt) with their daily requests, as well as come up with creative solutions to streamline procedures.
  • Own and administer CaptvateIQ’s sales tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, MonetizeNow, Atrium, LeanData, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Sales Insights, Orum, and Sonar.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in a Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Business Operations role, with a preferred focus on supporting sales teams (Business to Business, B2B, SaaS big +)
  • Extensive Salesforce Administrator experience, plus familiarity and willingness to be the system owner for the rest of our sales technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data
  • A bias toward action, a track record of experimenting and learning, and a first principles mindset
  • A proven ability to work both autonomously and as a strong cross-functional partner
  • Incredible project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
