Job Description

Hello, Community managers!

My name is Ryan Moran and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Capitalism.com, host of the One Percent podcast, and looking for a Community manager to join our team.

About the company:

Capitalism.com is an online education company focused on serving physical product brands in scaling their businesses from the ground up all the way to exit. Our online education programs and all media point toward our one goal:

To create one million millionaires through our methodology and teachings.

About the role:

You will be the face of Capitalism in our communities, and work with coaches to ensure maximum progress towards set goals.

The Community manager will be in charge of rallying our communities, both our organic free and high-end paid, to create million-dollar brands. Your role will have you in charge of organizing our internal coaching staff, implementing proper SOPs, reporting, team accountability, managing, and planning content for our Facebook Groups and live events, and working with our Product Manager and President to curate messaging that helps everyone feel at home at Capitalism.com.

This will be a fast-paced role with a variety of different tasks and challenges that present themselves each week. Since this is a remote position, one must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

This would be a Full-time Remote position.

We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones.

The Challenges amp; Opportunities for this role

The vision is to grow our company to $1 Million USD in gross sales months within the next 12 calendar months and for the company’s founder to work more closely with brands the Capitalism Fund has invested in respectively.

The individual hired into this role should be ready to accept full responsibility for all failures, successes, growth, or shortcomings the company’s coaching may experience. Scaling a company 7-10X is no small feat, but the person stepping into this role will be assisting the President and Ryan Daniel Moran as this occurs and has all of the foundations and hardest

legwork is already done for them.

Capitalism.com has a strong and eager team with perfect partnerships in place to enable the Community manager to carry out the company’s vision.

If this sounds interesting to you, please proceed with the application.

After submitting your proposal, I'll send you some questions regarding your experience. Shortlisted candidates will receive a 2nd round of questions so I can understand you as a person better. After the 2nd round of questions, you will be invited to perform a paid test project or a remote interview.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!
