THE OPPORTUNITY:Hint, is a brand on FIRE!
The #1 Flavored Water in the US is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our Foodservice team. The Senior Foodservice Sales Manager has established relationships with GPO accounts including Canteen, Bon Appetit, and Eurest throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona.
You work with current and prospective key accounts amp; distributors in the West Coast Region to meet and exceed business plans and performance objectives. This person is an integral part of the sales organization and demonstrates strong sales, relationship, and prioritization skills, and has experience with local and/or nationally based customers. The Senior Foodservice Sales Manager drives collaboration with local stakeholders, distributors amp; resources to execute programs to drive segment priorities, goals, and strategies. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE:
  • Be a key contributor focusing on growth targets for both distributor and the foodservice sales team primarily in the West Coast region.
  • Scout on a regular basis, new accounts to open. Map out amp; sell to different sub channels (Non-commercial, K-12, Universities, Restaurants, Hospitality, Fitness Clubs, Coffee Shops) within the region.
  • Propose and secure adapted delivery solutions with our distributor partners
  • Provide Senior Director, Foodservice Sales with sales updates and provide subsequent action plans to attain growth targets.
  • Participate in team sales calls to highlight successes, discuss challenges and provide upcoming activity and needs.
  • Regularly reviews reporting and shares insights based on trends in the market.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key customers including GPO member sales team
  • Travel up to 50% of the time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer engagement through CRM. Engagement to include all stages of the sales cycle and strategies to positively impact retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reviews for Hint manager and upper management highlighting execution against plan, year to date results and current opportunities and plans
  • Identify sales opportunities in all chains and channels
  • Prepare and present sales meetings to distributor division sales teams
  • Display accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership
  • Understanding of business planning and marketing plan knowledge
  • ability to cultivate growth using analytical skills while viewing financial data to evaluate the profitability of new opportunities
  • Can do attitude, highly motivated and innovative mindset
  • Ability to multitask and overcome obstacles
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3-5 years experience Distributor/supplier management; specifically, to foodservice
  • Solid relationships in the market with key decision makers (Aramark or Foodbuy accounts, hotels, restaurants, colleges, etc.)
  • 4-year college degree
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Driven for results and able to handle complexity and change on the go
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM (reporting, presentations, correspondence)
  • Results-driven, Energetic amp; Proactive
  • Polished Sales amp; Presentation Skills
  • Ability to coach/train/motivate/Influence
  • Analytical skills/strategic vision

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Competitive Base Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 based on experience
