As a Regional Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans.


Our organization is highly customer-focused, so you should be comfortable interacting directly with large enterprise customers and startups alike when necessary, in conjunction with our product, customer success, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy and demand generation plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, resulting in pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and lead LATAM field marketing initiatives to drive account-based targeted programs and collaborate with sales and partners to strengthen pipeline through new business, cross-sell, amp; upsell plays.
  • Collaborate with channel and alliance partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives/programs.
  • Track, measure, and report on pipeline metrics across field, channel, amp; digital marketing programs. Make data-driven decisions for budget allocation.
  • Manage the overall LATAM field, digital, amp; channel marketing budget. Track ROI and optimize for enhanced performance.
  • 2+ years of people management experience within the LATAM region and at least 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven record of success creating and implementing strategies for creating demand in each region of LATAM.
  • Ability to drive marketing programs from inception to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and measure results to inform data-driven investment decisions.
  • Creativity and experience building awareness and demand with knowledge of the individual markets in (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, Chili, etc.).
  • Passionate, outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Self-starter and team player who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel throughout the LATAM region.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
