As Employer Branding Intern, you represent Marketing and support HR and Recruiting team in building positive Employer brand on the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Marketing in Colombian delivery center by closely cooperating with HR, Recruiting team and Sales.

• Help to plan and handle marketing activities in terms to support hiring process.

• Help to plan and handle marketing activities in terms to help HR reduce attrition.

• Support the HR and Recruitment team in understanding hiring needs, implementing effective sourcing strategies, and building a steady talent pipeline.

• Co-manage the recruitment process, writing compelling job descriptions always applying the market’s best practices.

• Perform talent market analysis to share insights with the team and constantly optimize our attractiveness as an employer (incl. reviewing and updating job advertisements and campaigns).

• Grow TEAM International employer brand by strengthening relationships with our HR partners (recruiting sites, universities, etc) and serve as a company ambassador at events.

• Develop and improve TEAM’s Career page to make it attractive and reflect our company values.

• Support on events planning and execution.

• Follow up on the already stablished internal communications plan.

Requirements

• Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite) and audiovisual tools (Photo shooting and video recording).

• Creativity is a must.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology or a related field.

• Familiar with direct sourcing via e.g. Linkedin and Xing, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g.: Workable).

• Communicative, empathetic, and open personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• You are a self-starter with strong organization and execution skills.

• Passionate about organizing and participating in (recruiting) events.

• Fluency in English.

• Project and budget management skills.
