Job Description

Our product, Atlas, provides rich data on virtually every commercial property in the country (and all of the workflow software built on top of that to make it useful). Think Redfin for every commercial property, with Salesforce functionality to organize and track your work. For our users who serve these properties, this data and workflow becomes their secret weapon; there's nothing else like it available in the market today.Our market is under the radar, but massive and ubiquitous commercial services industry. Our customers are responsible for the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the lighting, safety, security, and dozens of other privileges that we are incredibly fortunate to take for granted in buildings across all of America.We are based in, and love, the seven square miles of San Francisco, but our customers live and work in almost every state in America. They include some of the largest enterprises in the country, like Siemens and Carrier, and smaller businesses we care just as deeply about.We're seeking our first Lead Sales Recruiter who can create and drive the hiring strategy for our Sales, Global Services, and other business teams. We'll lean on this recruiter to work closely with our CRO and sales leadership as we begin taking our strides to growing the critical go-to-market teams including, but not limited to, Field Sales, Solution Engineering, Implementation Management, Solution Architecture, and more. This person will act as an evangelist for Convex, design and manage scalable hiring processes, establish strategic internal amp; external partnerships, and generate a hiring rhythm while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind.What you'll need:
  • 5+ years managing full-cycle Sales / GTM recruiting
  • Experience partnering directly with c-suite and other senior leadership to create a hiring strategy
  • Ability to generate high-quality candidate pipelines for multiple roles across different teams in parallel
  • Must be a self-starter who doesn't back down from a hard-to-fill role. We’ll always be there with you to help you tackle these roles together!
  • Deep care for diversity, equity, amp; inclusion
  • Clear organization and structured approach to managing separate hiring processes
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication
  • High sense of urgency and excellent time management abilities
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
What we'd like to see:
  • Prior experience hiring enterprise SaaS sales roles, especially account executives, and SDR’s, etc.
  • Relentless drive to find and connect top tier talent
  • Proven success collaborating with hiring managers and teams simultaneously
  • Ability to build strategic full lifecycle hiring and sourcing strategies
  • Prior experience working in a high growth tech company
  • Experience negotiating complex compensation packages
