Responsibilities: - Focus on brand building in the medium term, develop creative ideas to position the brand in 5 of our markets and two businesses in different maturity stages. Building the brand’s system in the long term; vision, voice, visual identity, innovation, channel strategy, etc. - Campaign development. Design and execute brand campaigns to win customer preference and favorability. From strategy, brief, production, adaptations, and measurement - Localize and execute global campaigns in region, media planning approval - Monitor and analyze campaign’s data - Manage and optimize and control brand budget - Manage agency - Leadership skills (for stakeholder management and team development). - Find innovative ways to engage with our community. - Analyze consumer and business insights to identify opportunities and propose actionable solutions Report in a structural way performance/results of every campaign/initiative
Requisitions:- Bachelor degree in administration, industrial engineer, publicity, social communication or similar careers. - Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.- Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing roles (Experience specifically in brand building roles is valued) - Creative mind-set and ability to read data and analytics - Comprehensive understanding of the media landscape and planning (both offline + online). Understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing landscape. - Experience in brand development (campaigns and production is a must). - Understanding of research tools and able to read brand metrics - Strong presentations and reporting skills - Strong interpersonal skills at all levels, communication skills and stakeholder management - Strong business acumen and data-driven thinking. - Experience in team leadership (+3 years) and interpersonal skills to manage, coach, and develop teams. - Experience working with tech/service and/or large household name brands.We are committed to building inclusive and diverse teamsAt DiDi, we believe that our differences are our biggest source of strength.
