AI is rapidly changing the world, and Scale is growing to meet that rapid demand. Our Recruiting team is a critical strategic partner to the organization with ambitious goals. We're looking for an experienced leader for our Technical Recruiting Team who can develop strategies that will scale alongside the new challenges we’re facing. Many of our greatest challenges are yet to be solved, and we're looking to hire someone who is excited to tackle those challenges.You will:
- Manage, lead, coach, develop, and drive results from a team of 5+ Recruiters today scaling to 8-10 over the next 6 months
- Lead all recruiting-related goals around headcount attainment and efficiency for your functional area
- Build and scale out a Sourcing function for your business unit
- Partner with business leaders up to the executive level to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics
- Build a deep understanding of our business and culture in order to provide strategic thought partnership to teams that you support
- Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's rapid growth
- Define overall recruiting performance goals across the team
- Help ensure we build inclusive and diverse teams as we grow
Ideally you'd have:
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- 4+ years in a management role managing teams of Recruiters and Sourcers
- Ability to use data - both quantitative and qualitative - to influence hiring managers and leaders
- Ability to successfully find, engage, qualify, and close underrepresented talent
- Experience hiring for highly technical roles, SWE/PM a must, ML/AI roles a plus
- Ability to distill complex information into a consumable and organized format with a focus on content, tone and structure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to an executive audience
