About the Role
In this role, you will be part of a growing MOPs team that is focused on having the right strategies, processes, and technology in place to support the marketing function. Specifically, you will ensure we’re using the tools in our stack in a way that makes the team more efficient, and yields data and insights that can inform our teams about the best possible way to grow and scale. You will also be responsible for managing and implementing our defined processes end-to-end resulting in clean systems, reliable data, and positive business impact.
Our current stack includes HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Drift, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Sendoso, Webflow, Google Analytics, and more.

  • Own and oversee the full martech stack and automation solutions (currently Hubspot) to support core CaptivateIQ marketing activities.
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes to increase benefits, efficiency, and usability by reviewing current processes and gathering feedback from users.
  • Own and optimize measurement and ensure comprehensive and accurate tracking of all marketing touchpoints across online (webinars, website, etc) and offline (events), inclusive of the campaign and offer effectiveness (attribution).
  • Support defining strategy for consistent metrics, reporting, testing, analysis, and forecasting to support marketing decision making and improve understanding of marketing performance.
  • Build and manage detailed dashboards that report on traffic, conversion, velocity, opportunities, marketing-sourced revenue, and ROI on a department, channel, and sub-channel level.
  • Define and ensure internal compliance with campaign ops tracking processes including UTM parameters, SFDC campaigns, and tracking URLs.
  • Maintain data within marketing systems with an eye on database growth, contact and account enrichment, data hygiene, data governance, and quality, as well as vigilant attention to data security and compliance with company policies and governmental regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Work closely with counterparts in sales and customer success to ensure that we take a collaborative, thoughtful, strategic, and customer-centric approach to ops decisions and prioritization.
  • Provide enablement to the marketing team on MOPs strategies, processes, and tools in the martech stack.
  • Serve as the connective tissue for marketing Data Process Technology.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of building a martech stack for high-performing demand programs.
  • Expert-level experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, Salesforce and Marketo certification preferred (yes, you read that right. We are on HubSpot and looking for folks with Marketo chops).
  • Digital marketing experience managing campaign tracking across paid media platforms such as AdRoll, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Instagram/Facebook.
