About the role
We’re on the lookout for a creative and motivated individual who wants to continue growing and building a career in marketing, joining us as a Brand Digital Manager for Colombia, and Central America. You will be joining our expanding marketing department at an exciting time. The company is growing rapidly and much of this growth is being driven by our marketing activity. What will you be doing?
  • Design and execute brand digital campaigns to win customer preference and favorability.
  • Localize and execute global campaigns in the region.
  • Manage budget for digital channels (performance investment, boost investment) and social media agency.
  • Find innovative ways to engage with our community in social media channels and digital formats.
  • Localize brand campaigns in digital channels.
  • Work directly with social media and creative agencies to develop digital content campaigns to engage with our community and deliver growth in followers, engagement.
  • Analyze marketing initiatives, KPIs and ROI.
  • Report in a structural way the performance/results of every campaign/initiative.
What does a successful candidate look like?
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing roles (Experience agency is valued)
  • Knowledge of content marketing, proven track record in social media or unconventional marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Knowledge in brand campaign, campaign tracking.
  • Creative mindset and ability to read data and analytics.
  • Bachelor in administration, industrial engineer, publicity, social communication, or similar careers.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Passionate about the digital industry.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and social media marketing landscape.
  • Strong presentations, reporting skills, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
