About the Role:
Augmedix is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager! In this role, you will focus on translating the company’s product strategy to support sales and marketing. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
This position will lead product marketing initiatives and play a crucial role in how Augmedix positions and markets Augmedix services to U.S. health systems and physician practices. This role will be a high visibility partner and advisor to internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
Augmedix seeks an experienced professional who has previous experience supporting strategic marketing initiatives and managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously. This person has a growth-hacking and data-driven mindset, brings a great attitude every day, and thrives within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing strategy by translating the product value across all marketing channels to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Prepare go-to-market product materials to support strategic marketing campaigns while working on a variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging informed by corporate strategy, market insights, competitor intel, customer research and knowledge of our products and technical capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement.
  • Plan and execute a product marketing roadmap to reflect our deep purpose and mission of rehumanizing healthcare.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and other partners to ensure a consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Review and present data-driven analysis of campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Create and own marketing performance metrics and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy over time.
  • Find innovative ways to engage with our prospects to increase our customer base.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive assessments to suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach new consumers.
  • Support virtual events and in-person demonstrations to bring our product to life.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and empathy for the complex needs of our health system’s senior executives and providers.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with much of that in the healthcare field.
  • Experience developing processes and maturing and evolving the marketing function.
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies to adhere to marketing campaign deadlines.
  • Passion for using data and metrics to measure brand impact and determine optimization strategies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated a willingness to get work done and expand outside of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Effectively work with the rest of the marketing team including marketers, designers and freelancers.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools is a plus (Confluence, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong passion to improve the quality of U.S. healthcare, innovate, deliver excellent work, and enjoy being a member of the Augmedix team.
  • Work samples are highly encouraged.
