- Track performance achievement for the BDRs utilizing dashboards and reports- Monitor lead processes, metrics, and pipeline creation- Lead working and informational sessions and coach BDRs on maximizing pipeline generation, best practices, and outreach strategies- Report operational pipeline KPIs to leadershipMotivate, incentivize, and recognize BDR team members to encourage top performanceAid in the hiring efforts of new team members- Conduct weekly 1:1s with each BDR- Listen to BDR call recordings and coach on improvement strategiesWork with leadership to refine messaging for specific verticals or personas- Aid sales leadership in establishing an effective go to market strategy
