Everlaw is looking for a highly motivated individual who strives to provide an inclusive and collaborative learning environment for their team members. As a Customer Success Enablement Specialist, you will enable and empower team members to provide the best in class customer experience to users. You will play a key role in shaping the future of employee enablement and will get first hand experience building and coordinating a program with the Customer Success Enablement team. You will report directly to the Manager of Customer Success Operations.

This is a full-time, non-exempt on-site position located in Oakland, California.
Getting started
  • We want you to feel like part of the team early on! Our onboarding process will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals.
  • We’re excited for you to learn, grow, and contribute right away! We trust that you’ll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1.
In your role, you’ll
  • Apply your fresh perspective to improve our onboarding and enablement programs
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success functions to identify opportunities to improve our employee onboarding and enablement experience
  • Guide new employees through their first few months with the company, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and skills to advance them forward
  • Create new hire onboarding training materials and deliver certain materials depending on their content. Collaborates with other teams for concepts that fall outside of their individual area of expertise.
