We are looking to hire a driven, creative and entrepreneurial, Germany Market Lead to grow and nurture the market through marketing activation, partnerships and the end-to-end customer journey. You will be responsible for driving performance and revenue growth, leading the direction for our internal teams to execute marketing campaigns more efficiently, while directly running activations and partnerships locally, ultimately driving new customer acquisition. The role is highly collaborative and cross-functional - you’ll work closely with content, operations, marketing, and product to help make Skillshare more relevant to the German audience.What you'll do:
- You'll be the regional expert and representative of Skillshare in Germany
- You will be an ambassador for the company, brand and strategy to external stakeholders
- You will be responsible for defining and executing the overall regional strategy as it relates to overall growth aspirations, partner recruitment and management, marketing, customer acquisition, and content support
- You'll drive daily execution to exceed the key financial and operational metrics for the country while managing the local operational budget
- You'll Work together with our Growth and Brand teams to define and execute country-specific marketing strategies, improving efficiency and reaching CAC objectives
- You will work collaboratively with our International Product team to identify opportunities that increase relevance to the German audience and improve local conversion funnel
- You will work closely with our Content team to source and recruit teacher talent and support the promotion of content launches in the German market
