Our product, Atlas, provides rich data on virtually every commercial property in the country (and all of the workflow software built on top of that to make it useful). Our market is under the radar, but massive and ubiquitous commercial services industry. Customer OperationsAssociateData amp; Product Integrations
Our customers rely on Convex to up-level their sales teams, tools, and processes. The Customer Operations team's mission is just that. Leveraging industry and software product expertise, this customer Operations Associate will work directly with customers and internal teams to evaluate their current sales workflows, recommend tech stack integrations to enhance those workflows, and manage Convex data amp; product integrations to create cutting-edge, innovative sales processes.
As a Customer Operations Associate focused on data amp; product integrations, you will engage directly with our customers’ Sales and Sales IT teams, as well as our internal Product and Engineering teams, to design and deploy winning software solutions. You will own end-to-end projects with customers to consistently deliver value and simultaneously funnel valuable feedback internally to influence new Convex products. You will be both a software subject matter expert and a process guru.
You will always be a thoughtful listener to, and fierce advocate for, our growing customer base. By helping us retain and delight our users, you will have the unique opportunity to improve productivity and efficiency across the second largest sector in the global economy, construction amp; services.
You will report to the VP of Customer Success and Support and work closely with all other functions to make the Convex Customer Operations function a more efficient organization serving our customers every day.
Responsibilities
  • You have a passion for process, data, and sales best practices and are as equally comfortable identifying solutions as you are communicating them
  • You are meticulous with details and but can be equally comfortable in big picture discussions.
  • You are not necessarily a DBAor SQL guru, but you are proficient at manipulating Excel data and leveraging our proprietary tools to ingest data into our solutions.
  • You have been part of or lead data projects: data conversions, data warehouse, systems integrations, middleware administration, etc. Salesforce integration experience preferred.
  • You have compatible experience equipping you to execute and manage Enterprise CRM integration projects.
  • You serve as the internal and external champion for integrated workflows and seamless integrations
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Data amp; Operations and our customers to deliver solutions
  • Ensure the customer experience and Convex products are leading to delighted customers, constantly improving usage metrics, and deep partnerships with our strategic accounts
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, operational, or product-related role in a B2B software company OR,
  • Experience in SalesOps or IT at a Commercial Service Provider company. Are you ready for a career in technology but still want to leverage your experience?
  • Experience in SaaS and Customer Successor Product plus
  • A strong ability to navigate key data and product tools (Excel, JIRA, ReTool)
  • A strong communicator with experience advancing processes and workflow efficiencies, including software platforms
  • Team-first orientation and excellent internal and external communication skills(Slack, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong work ethic and experience excelling at a fast-paced, venture-backed startup
