Our product, Atlas, provides rich data on virtually every commercial property in the country (and all of the workflow software built on top of that to make it useful). Think Redfin for every commercial property, with Salesforce functionality to organize and track your work. For our users who serve these properties, this data and workflow becomes their secret weapon; there's nothing else like it available in the market today.
Our market is under the radar, but massive and ubiquitous commercial services industry. Our customers are responsible for the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the lighting, safety, security, and dozens of other privileges that we are incredibly fortunate to take for granted in buildings across all of America.
We are based in, and love, the seven square miles of San Francisco, but our customers live and work in almost every state in America. They include some of the largest enterprises in the country, like Siemens and Carrier, and smaller businesses we care just as deeply about.
The Role
As a Content Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing our content strategy to life, developing assets that educate prospective customers and engage them across the buyer’s journey. In this role, you’ll build a scalable content creation and distribution strategy, write clear and catchy copy, and develop a range of assets to meet quarterly and yearly goals.
You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Design, telling engaging stories that illustrate how Convex helps customers win in their markets every day.
- You have 4+ years of content marketing experience.- You understand the enterprise sales process. - You know the role of content in driving prospects through the buying journey.- You know content marketing is more than just content production. - You can talk to and have experience in content distribution and measurement.- You are a great storyteller--and you know how to bring a humanizing touch to B2B technology.- Ideally, you have worked for an enterprise SaaS company that's gone through growth and the learning curve that comes with it.- You have a portfolio of various content types (short-form, long-form, social) and know the best practices for crafting each content type.- You are a strong writer, even when working against a tight deadline.- You are curious and have a bias for action while bringing a customer-first mindset to all that you do.- You have strong project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed.- You exhibit a keen desire to have fun, work hard, and drive results for yourself and others.
Insight on Your Impact
- Own the end-to-end content strategy and create assets that build brand awareness and engage prospects across the buyer’s journey.- Identify content gaps and develop assets to fill those in an effort to tell a cohesive story about Convex and how we deliver value for our customers.- Lead the strategy, development and promotion of Convex’s social and webinar programs.- Partner with product marketing and design leads to recommend copy updates and drive optimization of the Convex website.- Recommend strategies for content distribution across a variety of channels, including both paid and organic. - Monitor and optimize these channels to ensure they are performant and pivot when needed.- Personalize content for our different target audiences and verticals.
