The Chief of Staff will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Commercial Officer and her leadership team to drive growth across Color’s business segments and successful scaling of the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization (including BD/Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Communications, and Program Management).
They will engage deeply with the CCO to ensure strong execution of priority Go-to-Market strategic projects and programs, run key weekly all-hands meetings, design and run quarterly kickoffs, and support improved communications cross-functionally across Color from the GTM team.
The right candidate will be a driven self-starter with high EQ, first-rate analytical and strategic skills, and a commitment to continuously pushing the ambition of Color’s business and its day-to-day operations. This role is also an opportunity to grow a career within Color more broadly and the healthcare industry.How You'll Contribute:
  • Drive strategy and execution on priority projects/programs of Color’s CCO, e.g., key meeting preparation (e.g. top clients, government affairs meetings, etc.), top-priority strategic projects, and corporate needs such as Board and investor presentations
  • Keep the GTM organization up-to-date on market dynamics and competitive actions across all segments and business lines
  • Manage weekly Go-to-Market leadership team meetings, weekly Go-to-Market Review company all-hands presentations, and quarterly team kickoffs - including agenda creation, follow-ups, and preparation for other leaders
  • Report on GTM team performance to leadership and the rest of the company and support ad-hoc analytical and reporting needs
  • Support recruiting efforts for the CCO as we rapidly scale our team
  • Work with GTM leadership team on key business plans and programs as part of ongoing strategic planning and execution
  • Develop internal and external communications as needed
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 3+ years professional experience within a strategic business management role
  • Work Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard Time
  • Prior experience preferred in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or BizOps / Strategy at a high-growth company
  • Demonstrated success in strategic project and client management requiring highly developed analytical abilities and thought partnership, as well as practical and action-oriented leadership
  • Highly motivated team player with creative thinking to inspire confidence, trust, and adoption among partners
  • Exhibits outstanding communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership internally and with C-level and senior leadership externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing organization
  • Results driven and action-oriented approach to your work, with the ability to think strategically and to sweat the details
