WHY THIS ROLE IS MISSION-CRITICALThe Senior Human Resource Manager will provide strategic HR partnership for the corporate area of the Pharmapacks business.This role will drive outcomes that impact our entire organization by partnering with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy and build solutions related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.The Sr Human Resource Manager will partner to shape organization design, enable performance and development and lead the talent acquisition for the Corporate teams.The business groups include Commercial, Marketing, Finance and IT.This role requires an analytical and creative thought partner who can challenge thinking and coach leaders to create a customized people strategy and enable a positive culture.KEY PRIORITIES
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to provide strategic HR partnership in organizational design, talent acquisition and management at all levels, compensation and benefits, training, communication, and employee relations.
  • Plan, build and implement short- and long-term strategies that address organization issues and evaluate the organization’s developmental needs.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops a strategic sourcing strategy and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Lead executive recruitment and manages team to build best-in-class sourcing, recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • Play a coaching and leadership role in further developing the company’s values and culture.
  • Champion the effectiveness and development of high performing teams, including facilitation of solutions to ensure clarity on ways of working and roles and responsibilities.
  • Act as a resource to managers to build people leadership skills and support in the management of employee situations (i.e. performance and development planning).
  • Have a pulse on the climate and morale of employees and ensure they have the tools they need to optimize their performance and develop.
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent and create succession planning and building a talent pipeline for the future.
  • Partner to develop and then executes People processes including, but not limited to, annual performance management, compensation, development planning and engagement surveys.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of metrics and data to create solutions to address specific needs.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to shape the People amp; Culture strategy.

WHO YOU ARE: Experiences, Qualifications and Traits
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business discipline required, master's degree preferred.
  • 7 10 years of HR experience as an HR generalist preferably with some time spent in a fast-paced high growth start-up or tech-based organization.
  • Experience supporting c-suite and senior leaders, as well as working with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influence and negotiation skills.
