Ocrolus is seeking a People Operations Generalist for our new office in Orlando, Florida. At this location, you will be the People ambassador to our Operations team --- the human-in-the-loop in our machine learning models, who help ensure what we deliver to our customers is of the highest quality, as well as, constantly retrain our models to continuously improve. We're looking for someone to help run the day-to-day People Operations and also support the growth of our crucial hourly workforce of 30-50 employeesResponsibilities:- Provide People support to all employees at our facility in Orlando, Florida
- Own onboarding and offboarding including welcome communications, orientation for new hires and set up with various training and accounts.
- Serve as the primary people point of contact and ambassador for our workforce in Florida
- Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns and escalate as needed for support.
- Coach and support managers with employee relations issues, feedback, coaching, performance improvement and terminations
- Administer exit interviews and share feedback with the Head of People.
Requirements:- 3 years relevant experience working in HR
- Prior experience working with hourly workforce
- Familiarity with federal and Florida state employment law
- Good communication skills
- Very adaptable and intellectually curious
- Timely delivery of tasks in an organized manner
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to have sensitive conversations
- Excellent feedback skills
