As an Operations Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Ocrolus you will develop, manage, build a pipeline and design nurture campaigns which will be critical to successfully meeting our aggressive headcount goals. You’re someone who loves building systems and processes to efficiently and effectively recruit talent. You love a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and are excited to play a key role in our People team by helping our company to quickly grow.Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed headcount targets with a focus on verifiers needed for our Operations department.
  • Partner with local organizations and economic development efforts to identify talent pool opportunities.
  • Use all tools and venues available (such as referrals, events, sourcing campaigns, etc) to grow talent pipelines.
  • Track pipeline and use data to inform and guide internal stakeholders on hiring progress and trends.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact the recruiting organization.
  • Support and contribute to our diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Sourcing profiles through all means available - while working to automate and bring online as much of the process as possible.
  • Ensure continuous pipeline creation based on future volume forecast and attrition trend.
  • Map/Explore similar companies to understand org structure and culture.(backend jobs/non voice profiles)
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of high-volume bulk hiring of non-exempt, hourly employees.
  • Preferably will have experience hiring for call centers, process centers, environments with high volume data entry and repeatable processes
  • Need to be in the Lake Mary or Maitland area of Orlando Florida
  • Extremely organized and process-oriented.
  • Experience developing and analyzing recruitment metrics.
  • Experience automating volume recruiting processes, implementing ATS systems and using technology to increase efficiency and reduce time to hire.
  • Working knowledge of excel and expertise in working with an ATS system (Lever and Pipify experience a plus)
  • Strong work ethic and team oriented
  • Helpful if there is an understanding of the value of joining a scaling technology start up at Series C
