The Operations Manager will partner with Compliance, Quality Assurance, Training and Client Solutions in driving operational discipline while also encouraging cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities include defining and implementing key metrics across teams and programs to enhance organizational success while meeting company goals. The Operations Manager creates organizational clarity on operational logic and metrics; drives results as part of the executive team, removing administrative barriers that limit success. He/She proactively identifies and implements required operational processes and reporting to support rapid business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Allocate resources efficiently and set a tone which infuses and re-enforces performance accountability based on Ocrolus core values and processing metricsProvide the capacity, structure, processes, and standard operating systems that can be effectively applied to the seamless integration of client volume with assigned quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 100+ operation associates to provide superior client accuracy and turn around time delivery standards to ensure client and company SLA commitments
  • Assure a proactive, integrated and disciplined approach to operational programs and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of an efficient operating budget and manage related metrics to meet and exceed financial expectations.
  • Systematize, integrate, streamline and implement workflow and work processes across the entire organization to provide sustainable improvements in performance.
  • Develop and implement an organizational optimization plan to support current and future capacity requirements.
  • Analyze Teams and verifier activities and metrics in support of operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Oversees continuous process improvements and productivity targets that better position Ocrolus to grow and compete.
  • Streamline and improve workflow and work processes across the entire team to provide sustainable improvements in performance.
  • Provide verifier capacity with structure, processes, and operating systems to handle volume forecast within Quality Assurance and TAT standards.
  • Develop and monitor the new hire to tenured verifier program focused on increasing longevity at Ocrolus.
  • Develops and executes and monitors employees performance plans in a consistent and timely manner and adhering to both core values and processing metrics.
  • Fosters a compliance focused culture across sites, teams and supporting functions. Understands and adheres to Ocrolus compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned Day to Day deliverables: Allocate resources efficiently, and re-enforces accountability of performance based on core value and metrics across operating sites.
