If you are motivated by these principles, we encourage you to join our team!HTH seeks an Executive Assistant to the Officers, to provide high-level administrative support for our leaders, to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and organizational initiatives.
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the Officers is responsible for providing general administrative assistance and project oversight for the Leadership Team, which includes our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief People and Organizational Development, and General Counsel. This position is a member of High Tech High’s central team and reports to the Chief of Staff.
Duties include:
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Leadership Team Proactively manage calendars and meetings for Leadership Team members Manage and organize team files and ensure our file management systems are optimized for collaboration and knowledge management Assist with event coordination, including booking meeting sites, coordinating schedules, and managing catering requests as needed Book/schedule travel arrangements, including hotel, airline and meeting spaces Assist the leadership team with preparing and submitting documents as needed, such as Board meeting materials, authorizer reports, and conflict of interest reporting, and other documents, as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a Bachelors Prior experience working in education administration and/or legal field preferred Excellent writing, proofreading and verbal communication skills Well-developed Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills Proficiency with web-based platforms such as Box, Dropbox, Asana, Google Calendar, Gmail, Concordance, and others Experience with document management, including establishing document control systems and digital conversion projects
