We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers.
Candidates must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.25-30 hrs./weekMultiple shifts available between 8am EST and 11pm EST Monday through SundayJob Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
- Schedule appointments if necessary
- Navigate computer programs and/or databases
- Data entry
- Maintain electronic files
- May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company
Job Qualifications
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Spanish speaking skills are required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good PC skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Able to support the WFH set up
- Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
- Minimum of an i5 processor, 8 gig RAM
- A designated work area
