As a key player bringing advanced experience in software development, you will work alongside Machine Learning Scientists and Engineers in Test to deliver the future generations of our technology:- Cloud-based algorithmic pipelines for image and geometry processing (C++, Python, AWS)- Tooling for ML: data management, model training, validation, and deployment (C++, Python/Pytorch, AWS)

This position can be held in any of our US offices (Redwood City, Austin, or Portland) and is also open to remote workers (USA or Canada). #remoteJob Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, document, validate, release and maintain algorithmic software components
  • Improve infrastructure and tooling: machine learning toolkits, test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts such as clinical validations and releases of the software
  • Mentor other engineers and continuously improve our engineering practices and culture
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related is required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ year(s) of relevant industry experience in a software company
  • Experience with machine learning workflows at scale: from training to deploying models
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, Lambdas, Step Functions, Batch) or similar cloud platforms
  • Deep practical knowledge of modern C++ (C++-11 and up) and Python
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices: testing, CI/CD, Devops, agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with computer vision and 3d computational geometry
  • Deep learning frameworks: Pytorch, TensorFlow
  • Cross-platform development: Linux / Windows
  • Experience with validation methodologies: design of experimental studies, statistical testing
