We use cutting-edge technology (deep learning, computational fluid dynamics, cloud-based computing) combined with advanced clinical expertise to revolutionize the treatment of coronary artery disease. We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a talented and highly experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager who will be responsible for leading the HeartFlow Identity and Access Management program. This person will provide hands-on support and lead a small team designed to ensure the HeartFlow user identities, accounts, credentials and system access are managed, maintained and audited throughout the employment lifecycle to ensure the safety and security of our users and ultimately our patients.
This role is responsible for establishing and overseeing the overall operations to identify, analyze, evaluate and provide IAM services to HeartFlow, Inc. This role directs the planning, implementation/development, and operations of the overall IAM team, processes, architecture, and tools/technology. This role will ensure the successful implementation and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to bring about automation, reusability, scalability, and security using agile/iterative development frameworks and industry-best practices to meet HeartFlow’s growing business needs.
This role will provide the necessary metrics to provide a clear overview of the work being performed by the IAM team, compliance with information security standards and the status of standard and privileged access accounts. The successful candidate is someone who has experienced all facets of IAM and has the knowledge and experience to run the program with minimal guidance needed.Job Responsibilities:
  • Build out and mature the IAM function and its related activities including planning, testing, reporting and delivering IAM services.
  • Manage and oversee / monitor daily services, incidents and service delivery, ensure issues are escalated and addressed, ensure processes are followed and evolve overtime as necessary.
  • Manage IAM services including SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access certification, role based access control (RBAC) and separation of duties (SOD).
  • Participate in the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise including partnering with the business and technical teams to influence decision making, processes and technical requirements.
  • In partnership with the Facilities Manager, support the physical card access and video security system for our global workforce
  • Manage an Identity and Access Management Engineer, which includes but is not limited to, provide actionable feedback, career development planning, goal setting and providing leadership and coaching.
  • Support Governance, Risk amp; Compliance (GRC), IT and Information Security efforts and initiatives.
  • Manage and improve identity documentation as required
  • Manage, generate, and improve of key IAM metrics
  • Service as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Privileged Access Management and Identity and Access Management and regularly advise business leaders on IAM issues and challenges
Skills and Experience Needed:
  • 6+ years of experience with IAM with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions; including identity lifecycle management, access control, Identity Governance and Data/Platform connectors
  • Experience developing role based access control strategy and production implementation
  • Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping
  • Experience with Identity Governance Solutions (OpenIAM, SailPoint, etc)
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management Solutions (Thycotic, CyberArc, etc)
  • Experience with OAuth and associated solutions (Okta, Auth0, etc)
  • Experience with SSO solutions (Okta, Azure, etc)
  • Has a demonstrated track-record for building and leading exceptional teams through collaboration, mentoring, skill training and transition of technologies and processes as technologies and compliance requirements evolve
