Job Description
- Manage customer expectations, hit target delivery dates accordingly and maximize product value.
- Work with the client to build and define the project scope and objectives.
- Planning the project in all its aspects, identifying the activities to be carried out, the resources, the deadlines and the expected costs:
a. Predict resources needed to reach the planned objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
b. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
c. Develop and manage a detailed project work plan.
d. Track project costs to meet budget.
e. Build and prioritize product backlog items to meet the expectations of customers and end users.
f. Execute the project meetings track progress, review the deliverables, and improve the team performance.
g. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
h. Track relevant KPI and reporting cadence with stakeholders
4. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
5. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
6. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
7. Analyze and understand business processes to support their detailed documentation, providing insights to set conditions, decision logic and error handling instructions.
8. Participate in trainings to enhance skills and abilities in disruptive technologies, including tools and best practices.
9. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science (or equivalent) or relevant certification. Scrum Master certification. PMP Certification is desired.
- 4+ years of experience
- Ability to lead and be accountable for small teams or sub-teams of 2-5 people.
- Understanding of the Change Management Process
- Knowledge and practical use of requirements tracking tools such as Jira, trello, project, excel, etc.
- Ability to create various project artifacts like Product Roadmap, Product Backlog, User Stories, Epic etc. from scratch.
- Ability to set up Requirements Management Processes.
- Solid understanding of modern methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, lean, etc
- Ability to recommend the methodology and set up the requirements Management Process according to it from scratch.
- Ability to use different effort estimating approaches (hours, story points, T-Shirt sizes, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development terms and application design approaches on a level sufficient to communicate with the Delivery Team effectively,
- Understanding risks and constraints to be taken into consideration and communicating them to the stakeholders.
- Understanding and using root cause analysis (Fishbone method, Gap Analysis) to solve problems.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle -Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- English Level: C1
