Job Description
As an internal Web Developer, you’ll be a critical member of TerrAscend USA, the fastest growing vertically integrated Medical Marijuana company in North America. We are in search of a talented Web Developer that can create and configure SharePoint website, find solutions to enhance business activity and customize sites based on the client’s needs. In this role, you’ll need experience in converting processes into SharePoint workflows; interfacing with Stakeholders and following systems engineering life cycle best practices. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of implementing automation solutions from requirements gathering and process documentation to developing, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to Director of Digital Technology
- Contributing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; Ability to work effectively with a variety of skill sets to tackle complex challenges
- Maintains and provides ongoing design and daily support of existing web applications along with the development of new web applications.
Requirements
- Development Experience with SharePoint Microsoft and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience in embedding external content into SharePoint (such as social media feeds, news feeds, etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft TEAMS
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Familiarity with Azure
Experience in areas related to process automation and SharePoint workflow design:
- Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.
- SharePoint workflow design
- Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software
- Business skills and experience in IT, accounting, finance or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication.
