About the role
ADDI can be a powerful Ally for merchants to increase their sales, conquering new customers and increasing the average ticket. You will build close relationships with our merchants to help them leverage our power and design a delightful customer experience, increasing their sales and, therefore, ADDI’s share of wallet.Why join us

What you will do
  • Onboard new merchants, designing together a new customer journey and giving them the tools we provide for success
  • Ensure activations amp; originations of new merchants as soon as possible
  • Design campaigns and strategies in order to increase sales
  • Work together with our marketing team
  • Maintain healthy amp; sustainable relationships with merchants
  • Give valuable feedback to our product team in order to improve our solution and have better results
  • Increase ADDI’s share of wallet within merchants
  • Increase ADDI’s merchant NPS
  • Maintain and improve our NDR (Net dollar retention)

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, e-commerce,, digital payment methods or sales
  • Good Communication skills, handle communication with decision makers.
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience generating business strategies with customers
  • Result oriented
  • CRM management
  • Intermediate or higher level of english
