Responsibilities:
- Provide full marketing support to demand generation and customer marketing activities, from campaign or program planning to testing amp; execution to reporting amp; optimization.
- Track, report, analyze, recommend - all marketing channels and sources - paid, owned and earned.
- Perform research for paid and earned opportunities, including those in vertical industry categories.
- Coordinate campaigns, programs and promotions cross-functionally, involving influencers/key opinion leaders, media, compiled or acquired lists, etc.
- Support management of our internal intranet resource center - information, materials, content - used across the organization, especially Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Manage our customer referral program and e-gift card vendor in support of company initiatives.
- Perform other duties as needed to support marketing and company objectives.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven abilities in demand generation, customer marketing and buyer/sales enablement initiatives.
- Experienced in digital marketing dynamics, platforms and tools, including inbound and outbound marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to analyze and interpret data, including expertise in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Technology savvy - quick learner, appreciates and understands marketing technology dynamics and inter-connections.
- Experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM platform, preferred.
- Bias for action, takes initiative.
- Passion for performance - loves seeing results.
- Demonstrates high integrity, values others, collaborates effectively.
- Enjoys celebrating daily with teammates!
- Solid communicator with command of the English language.
- B2B SaaS experience, a plus.
