We are looking for a VP of Talent Acquisition to lead the TA team in Colombia and help to boost our employer branding in Bogota and around the country.
Main Goals:
- Lead the positioning plan of UruIT in Bogota.
- Design, evaluate and achieve the OKRs of the team, considering the company OKRs.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies: to attract, evaluate and hire the best calificated profiles for the company.
- Be responsible for empowering, training and leading the TA team.
- Boost the culture of UruIT in Bogota and Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Define and create the brand strategy in Bogota, with the team who is currently involved in this plan.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition team, organizing and giving support to achieve goals in time and form.
- Prioritize TA needs with Operations teams, according to the operational and commercial needs.
- Be responsible for the candidate's experience during all the selection process, we love that they have an excellent one.
- Define the TA strategy; including recruitment and selection of different roles, according to the stipulated times arranged with Ops Team.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the selection process; stages, times, quality, giving innovative and disruptive ideas to get better results beyond the achieved ones.
- Evaluate and find new recruitment channels to reach the best candidates.
- Organize recruitment events in order to develop the employer branding.
- Lead the process evaluation and visualization of the opportunities that require partnership with agencies to reach the desired results. Also looking for new providers.
- Promote diversity and guarantee hiring strategies that bring in diverse candidates.
- Inform the leaders about market compensation and related information to be competitive.
- Follow up the metrics and dashboard indicators.
- Ensure the compliance of all the state and local regulations that apply to the hiring process in the country.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience leading teams or projects related to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or similar.
- BA Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related careers. If you have a Master Degree in a related topic is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience working in technology companies recruiting IT profiles.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting candidates, interviews and evaluations.
- Specific experience recruiting in Bogota.
