Job Description
The Lamp;D Intern is expected to support the HR team in all learning and development tasks. The Lamp;D Intern is expected to learn best industry practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Updating Company databases
2.Converting information into the correct templates
3.Provide administrative support to HR Staff
4.Assist in the planning and execution of company events
5.Give valuable insight into possible HR improvements from your field of study.
Requirements
- 4 year degree or studies in progress in Business, psychology or similar from an accredited college or University.
- Intermediate English Level
- Familiarity with office suite
- Research skills
- Creative thinking
- Ability to energize others.
- Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
- Great communications skills, public speaking and audience management.
- Team Player
- Self learning
- Self confidence
