The Role:

In the Data area of La Haus, we are looking for data analysts with the ability to experiment, investigate, and deepen the knowledge of the company’s data, all with the aim of strengthening the Data DNA of the company.

The focus of the role is clearly directed to the generation of descriptive analysis through the different techniques available, using the technological resources that the company has for its correct execution. In the field of internal sources, an advanced level of SQL is required, in addition to the use of other languages that can manipulate and analyze data.

Requirements

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Taking requirements in the areas.
• Indicator optimization and alignment with strategy.
• Generation of hypotheses and experiments for the continuous improvement of productivity and reduction of costs.
• Support to areas that require improvement or implementation of tactical and strategic dashboards.
• Design of ADHOC Data Queries.
• Analysis, design and construction of reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Support to business areas with descriptive and predictive analysis that support company evolution.
• Generation of videos or instructions that support the correct interpretation of the information in the artifacts (Dashboards and Reports).
• Regular update of BI team artifact inventory.
• Constant communication with data engineers to implement or improve data extractions and models.
• Communication with other analysts to avoid rework on existing artifacts (Dashboards and Reports).

Competencies:

• High level in the design of analytical dashboards and reports (Tableau)
• Medium level of Python programming, including Pandas
• High level of SQL (for exploratory queries and ETLs, not administration)
• Highly quantitative, logical and precise thinking.
• High skills in descriptive statistics and data visualization.
• Comfort and taste for college-level math, both discrete and continuous.

Communication:

• Assertive, effective and didactic communication.
• Find the essentials of the more technical ideas to make them accessible to less technical LaHaus members
• Be capable of telling stories from data.
• High level of reading comprehension.
