The Udemy Strategic Partnerships team is focused on finding, growing and engaging users in pursuit of creating a next-gen learning environment for our consumer marketplace. To drive and grow user acquisition in 2021 and beyond, we’re looking for an Affiliate Operations Associate to join our team in San Francisco. In this role you will support global affiliate accounts and would be responsible for the day to day operations, including payments, transaction verification, promotional offers for affiliates and support requests. You would also work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, finance, legal, etc., and support all initiatives for the team. This person is the key player behind the scenes that ensures our affiliate program is running smoothly and continues to be successful.

- Manage Affiliate Promotions calendar, including all offers, brand assets and bi-monthly communications to the entire affiliate program
- Serve as main point of escalation for Affiliate support tickets originating from Zendesk, including affiliate applications, transaction verification and and program compliance
- Train our frontline support team to deliver great affiliate support and scale the program
- Track, confirm and process all payments to Affiliates and Networks, working internally with the Udemy Accounts Payable Team
- Act as an Admin on the Affiliate Networks within the Udemy Affiliate Program
- 4 years of experience working in affiliate marketing including working within Affiliate Networks like Rakuten and AWIN
- Experience in marketing operations, business operations, partner marketing or project management
- Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign creation
- Understanding of accounting / finance and knowledge around contracts and legal agreements
- Ability to work autonomously, manage cross-functional projects, extremely methodical and organized, with great attention to details
- Strong problem solving and data analytics skills. Mastery of data analysis in spreadsheets is a must and understanding of SQL is a plus.
- Experience working in Salesforce and Zendesk
