We are looking for an Account Lead that will build a high-performing team, and have a seat with senior clients and partners. As a strategic Head of Account, this person will create a successful long-term relationship with our new partnd also manage the team into success, along w of the Agency’s Executive Leadership. This role is located in Bogotá.
The Account Lead is the point of contact for the strategic accounts’ stakeholders and is responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with the clients. Is invested in ensuring a high-performance team and product aligned to a common purpose.
- Manage and grow one of our key accounts.
- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships
- Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas meet client needs
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Strategic account director or Head of Accounts/Client at Advertising/Marketing Agencies and Tech
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- Deep understanding of digital and new channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent English communication skills.
