THE OPPORTUNITY:Hint is seeking Retail Associates to join our
Hint store. The Retail Associates support all aspects of the store, including sales and efforts to create an internal experience for our customers. A proactive and positive approach to all customer service is a must!
SCHEDULEHours vary Monday - Sunday, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must have availability to work flexible shifts.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Ensure a unique customer experience and environment that makes visitors feel welcome, meets their needs and makes their day.
- Offer a tailored customer experience through active listening, genuine curiosity, and expert brand and product knowledge.
- Drive sales
- Participate in In-Store events
- Assist in overall day to day running of the store
- Meet high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping and merchandise stock
- Maintain the security of the store, product and monetary items

- You are an outgoing, friendly, energetic and highly organized professional.High school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience
- Reliable with a strong sense of integrity and an insatiable work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills

- Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
