Compliance/Security Business Analyst (HC)

Job Description
Team International is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Compliance/Security frameworks implementation, to participate in the planning, development, implementation, and operation of our client’s technical compliance capabilities according to national, and international standards, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA compliance.
What you will own:
- Ensuring our client’s technical compliance with applicable laws and regulations, starting with CCPA and GDPR.
- Conducting studies into our client’s level of compliance.
- Producing reports on compliance testing, developments, and processes.
- Instituting best-practice procedures for compliance and risk mitigation.
- Developing strategies and implementation plans for compliance-related gaps.
- Explaining and defining compliance protocols and measures to stakeholders and relevant authorities.
- Managing compliance issues relating to product or service management and delivery.
- Advising management on compliance-related matters.
- Checking the status of various business operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes within the client, as well as translate compliance business requirements into functional specs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience documenting business practices and processes, identifying problems or gaps in an organization, and formulating and documenting improvement plans based on previous research.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working in the implementation of compliance or regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST (Cybersecurity framework), SOC-2, J-SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.
- Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and procedural documentation.
- Basic understanding of compliance or regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, J-SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA.
- Skilled in understanding of business operations and business processes.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Problem-solving abilities are essential.
- English Level: B2- C1
