About the role: In this role, you’ll champion our vision to make every software company a fintech company by supporting our Director of Strategy and Operations. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy and implementation plans that are crucial to our company’s operating culture.
We’re looking for a motivated strategy and business operations associate to join a small team to help develop our strategic and operational framework. This is the perfect role for an ambitious, hard working early-career professional that is looking to gain a solid understanding of the inner workings of a fintech company.
You Will:

• Manage both simple and complex projects cross-functionally
• Create and implement processes and policies to improve operational efficiencies across the organization
• Support the execution of internal data strategy to establish one source of truth for internal reporting data and analytics

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, operations or strategy, with a preference towards past experience in highly analytical roles
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects in high growth environment
• Expert in SQL and Excel (and are comfortable working with spreadsheets and large data sets)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of making recommendations and decisions rooted in qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to multi-task and handle several deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail
• EQ: Emotionally intelligent with the ability to build strong professional partnerships
• Familiarity with Looker and Sisense is a plus
