Job Description
Firefly is looking for an experienced automotive technician to manage our driver operations. This position entails overseeing and assisting with the installs, uninstalls, and services of our digital displays on taxis. A proactive approach to managing the relationship with our various fleet partners will be necessary, as well as working closely with our internal data analysis team to optimize the market to deliver impressions as efficiently and effectively as possible. This job will primarily require presence in Miami and other sites on occasion.Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist with installs, uninstalls, and services of our displays with our taxis partners
  • Wire Displays on top of ride-share drivers following installation guides
  • Remotely provide software support for Firefly displays while on the road
  • Perform software and hardware testing procedures against Firefly displays directly from the manufacturer
  • Work with the engineering department on updating the displays software configuration for installations/service appointments and provide feedback
  • Standard communication with driver partners, as well as scheduling services amp; inspections
  • Maintain our Los Angeles Driver Partner population
  • Ensure the safety of content published on Firefly displays
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of automotive experience. Operations experience also preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems
  • Fast learner, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communications skills and vendor management skills
  • Good people and project management skills
  • Well versed in spreadsheets and comfortable working with various software platforms
  • Local to Miami (No remote candidates)
  • Able to travel to other locations as needed.
