What we are seeking?

We are looking for a UXUI Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

You will be responsible for building visual design interfaces and prototypes based on users’ behaviors and needs, as well as work within existing brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within a UX Design related area.
  • Visually appealing portfolio needed for review.
  • Working knowledge of design practice and principles, design-thinking or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch or other prototyping tools.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate critique from peers and stakeholders.
  • English proficiency - B1
  • Ability to handle multiple design projects at different stages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and efficient.
  • Plus: a background in user research of other qualitative/quantitative data.
