Motion Graphic Designer

This hire will join the Brand amp; Content sub-team of Bizagi’s marketing function collaborating with members of the team across the globe including the UK, US and Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop motion-based creative for digital marketing, social content and internal communications.
- Work closely with Design and Content team to develop creative direction for animations and motion graphics.
- Concept and implement design ideas, producing compositions, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables.
- Edit videos bringing together different clips to create new videos for different formats and promotions
- Play an important role in helping to drive and support our video marketing strategy
Requirements
- Design related degree (or equivalent)
- 2+ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects, Premiere) and Microsoft Office.
- 2+?years experience?in video editing and animation.
- Strong English language skills for international collaboration (B2) is Mandatory to apply.
- Dynamic portfolio that showcases an understanding of brand expression through motion and refined sensibilities across motion disciplines. Please attach it to the application.
- Proven command of design principles (layout, composition, color) and storytelling.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding?brand identity to develop work that is 'on brand'.
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
