The Salesforce Team Lead would need to have at least 6 - 7 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand Salesforce business processes to support their detailed documentation, providing insights to set conditions, decision logic and error handling instructions.
- Identify enterprise process pain points and produce strategic and business improvement plans.
- Work with technical architect for develop solutions right in time for the customer
- Bring new ideas for process improvement to the team
- Manage customer expectations, hit target delivery dates accordingly and maximize product value.
- Participate in trainings to enhance skills and abilities in Salesforce
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience working with Salesforce teams
- Minimum of 6 years working with Salesforce tools and understanding it
- 5+ years working with sales and service cloud
- Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation
- Ability to work in multiple initiatives with short and overlapping deadlines.
- Building strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and relevant stakeholders.
- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and adapts to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
- Leading skills to motivate and drive the team towards maximizing the value delivered to the customer.
- Understanding the different Force.com APIs and able to design solutions using the appropriate API
- Minimum certifications:
- Platform App builder
- Administrator
Preferred skills
- Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management.
- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
- Ideal certifications:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity)
- 6+ years of consulting experience preferred; executive level sales support experience in consulting/professional services
