The Role: Customer Success / Business Analytics
At Truora, we're looking for someone super committed to making our client's experience one of a kind and supporting them in whatever way they need. Your role will be to onboard new and our biggest clients, as well as be their point of contact throughout their whole life experience with our solutions by proposing improvements in our product. You will work very closely with the Product team making data analysis. This is a new role where you will have to prove some skills such as grit, ownership, and be a multitasking professional.
As a CX / Business Analytics, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a company where you developed resolution of problems and analysis capacity.
Nice to have: experience in startups, customer experience, client experience, or data analysis.What You’ll Need - Problem solving- Willing to work with our product area- Abilities in Data Analysis- English 100%- People's person, that's keen on getting to know the customers and understand their pains.- Problem solver, that will go the extra mile to create a memorable experience from our client's day.- Customer-focused, understanding customer feedback and relating it to goals such as loyalty, profitability, and return on investment.- Outstanding and resilient communication skills: you'll be talking to product, tech teams, CEOs, HRBPs, all sorts of people inside the client's organization, as well as inside TruoraExcellence in organization and prioritization, to be able to give instant responses to our clients.- Sector preferences: ideally you have worked in Startups.
What You’ll Do
- Client onboarding- New features- Product demos.- Client support through email, chat, or WhatsApp.- Understanding customer problems and proposing solutions.- Synthesizing problems and giving visibility to the product amp; tech team.- Client retention and contract renewals- Support product improvements- You will start at a training program for 1 month in our product team. When you finish the training, you will pass to the CX area. - Client retention and contract renewals- Your role will be to onboard new and our biggest clients.
