About the Role:
Augmedix is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager! In this role, you will be the company’s first brand ambassador and report directly to the Head of Marketing.You will play a crucial role in optimizing our global brand strategy and increase overall brand awareness, adoption, and engagement of Augmedix within U.S. health systems and independent clinics. You'll be a high visibility partner and advisor to internal stakeholders, external agencies and a variety of marketing partners.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has previously established and implemented global brand strategies and supported strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to the table that are focused on brand awareness and lead generation and will be comfortable simultaneously managing multiple projects from start to finish.   • Plan and execute a global brand strategy to reflect our deep purpose and mission of rehumanizing healthcare.
  • Develop processes and guidelines for brand positioning and visual identity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and other partners to ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Create and own brand performance metrics at every funnel level and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative over time.
  • Support overarching marketing strategy across all channels to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Develop paid and organic content, including social media assets, videos, webpages, ad campaigns and all other inbound marketing requests.
  • Find innovative ways to engage with our prospects to increase our customer base.
  • Manage a team of OUS in-house designers, provide creative direction, feedback and final approval on all assets being distributed globally.
  • Drive a consistent voice, tone, look and feel across the organization.
  • Conduct ongoing brand analysis through market research, competitive assessments and marketing analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams and agencies to ensure brand and communication consistency.
  • Bring our brand to life at virtual conferences, in-person trade shows, webinars, podcasts and internal events.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and empathy for the complex needs of our health system’s senior executives and providers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience successfully building global brands and creating compelling visual identities within healthcare.
  • Experience owning creative development and execution from ideation to completion.
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and marketing partners to adhere to marketing campaign deadlines.
  • Passion for using data and metrics to measure brand impact and determine optimization strategies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated a willingness to get work done and expand outside of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Effective working with a partially remote team of marketers, designers and freelancers.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus (HubSpot, Figma, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn campaign managers, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of project management tools is a plus (Confluence, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong passion to improve the quality of U.S. healthcare, innovate, deliver excellent work, and have fun on our team!
