Job Description

Our Salesforce Administrators are responsible for the day to day configuration and support of our highly customized Salesforce platform. While becoming proficient with our org, a typical day will include fulfilling a healthy volume of user requests coming through our ticketing system. Responsibilities will also include a variety of small configuration projects and documentation of any changes to the environment. Reporting directly to our Lead Salesforce Architect, the ideal candidate must be a professional, collaborative team player that is comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization. Applicants should possess exceptional analytical, communication, follow up and customer service skills along with an understanding of the Agile framework.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities Daily administration and support of AHEAD’s Salesforce platform, including but not limited to: user and account maintenance, data sharing, security, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, validations, process builder, flows and triggers
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Provide application users with technical support within a defined SLA Log and track identified system problems through resolution
  • Provide high-level employee satisfaction for all deliverables, including all priority cases and enhancements
  • Log updates daily in work tracking systems Regular participation in scrums and backlog planning meetings

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Salesforce Administration
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Customer Communitie
  • Deep understanding of roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and the Salesforce security model
  • Proficient in workflow rules, field updates, email alerts, validation rules, process builder, and other Salesforce automation tool
  • Strong background with data management tools like data loader and import wizards
  • Knowledge of FinancialForce PSA a plus Capable of building complex reports and dashboards
  • Familiar with Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
  • Skilled problem solver with the drive to follow issues through to completion
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of an Agile team, on multiple assignments
  • Work experience at a technology reseller or professional services firm preferred
  • English Level: Upper intermediate
