We are looking for a dedicated individual passionate about recruitment in the digital sector. We are looking for a professional who is responsible for defining, supporting and implementing everything related to Marketing and Growth Strategies.
Your responsibility will be planning and executing the Marketing amp; Growth strategy across the different countries where we operate in order to help the company to enhance brans recognition, strength our market penetration and help the sales team to increase their pipeline.
Your main challenges will be the following:
- Guide the growth/marketing strategy and track the execution across both sales and marketing teams.
- Provide different sales amp; marketing solutions, test them and do the analytics in order to deliver insight to the teams.
- Connect with main stakeholders of the region in order to attract them and accompany them through the lead journey.
- Lead, test and optimize marketing acquisition tactics to exceed monthly targets with an eye towards cost-efficient growth.
- Lead the inbound marketing strategy ensuring the achievement of the recognition, brand awareness and brand positioning goals.
- Lead de SEO strategy to increase our organic positioning on the main search engines.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team by becoming the prime brand ambassador.
Requirements
- +4 years of excellent track record in Marketing or Growth, with at least two successfully working in a scale-up operation with outstanding growth, preferably with a background in software, consulting or startup and solid people manage experience.
- Strong knowledge of the end-user customer, channel, and digital marketing.
- Organized and methodical in approach to campaign management.
- Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make campaign successful.
- Highly analytical and problem-solving oriented.
- High levels of autonomy, pro-activity, creativity, responsiveness, strategic rigor, an ability to think and act fast.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, strong communication skills.
- Growth mindset and strong orientation towards test-and-learn approaches.
