Senior BackEnd Developer - Experience and Knowledge in Go

We’re looking for Senior Back End Developers on Go to help build modular, robust, secure and scalable applications.

As a Senior Back End of our team, you will be developing some of the back end technology and best practices that power our awesome products.

The Duration of the Project is 3 months with possibility of extension , FullTime Dedication ,160 hours per month.

Preferably Located in Latin America , Desire start date 2 weeks aprox, Hiring Model: Rate per hour or monthly fixed price.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successful candidates will be strong backend developers with experience shipping the most efficient server-side logic that deliver data from the server to the users, working with latest technologies and engineering features for security, scalability, and high availability.
• Participate in all phases of our software development life cycle to convert concepts and specifications into real world apps.

• Lead a small in-house and satellite teams of developers, defining architecture and developing solutions to the most challenging problems in server-side apps.
• Write quality, maintainable, reusable code with extensive test coverage.
• Know how to use various open source frameworks and platforms to save time and resources needed for any development project.
• Working with the front end team to deliver high-performance and good quality applications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient knowledge of Golang and REVEL framework
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• 2-3+ years in industry as a Back End Developer with a proven track record for shipping user facing applications.
• Ability to ship software quickly and frequently
• Ability to write maintainable code with extensive test coverage and work in a professional software engineering environment (with source control, dev / stage /prod release cycle, continuous deployment).
• Expertise developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, etc.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Passionate. Persistent. Creative.

DESIRED BUT OPTIONAL:

• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
• Proven ability to work on teams using Agile tools for tracking progress, issues,etc.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Google Cloud Platform, Google Kubernetes Engine and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge on MongoDB
