The Recruiter is expected to find top talent to fill the company’s openings and accompany them throughout the whole recruitment and onboarding cycle. The Recruiter is expected to work alongside HR to guarantee a positive work environment that maximizes wellbeing and performance while minimizing attrition rates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review available positions and candidate requirements and discuss them with the development team to find the best fit possible
2. Communicate constantly with HR regarding the hiring processes
3. Contacting, screening and filtering potential candidates
4. Setting up technical interviews for candidates
5. Follow the candidates process through the whole recruitment life cycle and possible on boarding
6. Network with various internal and external IT professionals to help them in their job search or career growth
7. Interact with Sales, Clients and PMs to meet all the requirements and expectations of the project.
8. Post job openings to job boards and social media.
9. Perform initial stages of a job offer by getting information from a candidate about his/her compensation expectations, communicating basic info about employment terms; in some instances -- making overall official job offer with Head of Recruitment's approval.
10. Participate in discussion of possible formats of evaluating employees' satisfaction.
11. Give valuable insight into possible recruitment improvements from your field of study
Requirements
4-year degree or studies in progress in Business or similar from an accredited college or University.
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of proven work experience in Recruitment.

ENGLISH LEVEL
B2: Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in
his/her field of specialization. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with
native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and
explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
