Job Description
The Recruitment Intern is expected to find top talent to fill the company’s openings and work alongside HR and Senior team members to accompany them throughout the whole recruitment and onboarding cycle. The Recruitment Intern is expected to learn best industry practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating Company databases
- Converting information into the correct templates
- Get Involved in the recruitment process
- Contacting, screening and filtering potential candidates
- Network with various internal and external IT professionals to help them in their job search or career growth
- Give valuable insight into possible recruitment improvements from your field of study.
Requirements
- 4-year degree or studies in progress in Business or similar from an accredited college or University.
- Familiarity with the office suite and recruiting software
- Strong understanding of your field of study
- English level B1
