THE OPPORTUNITY:Hint is seeking an energetic, multi-talented mid-level Graphic Designer to produce a steady stream of engaging digital and print assets to support our growing brand.
This designer will maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, understand their goals and strategies, and create designs to address those strategies with the proper tone and brand alignment. This role requires creative and strategic thinking to concept engaging, consumer-relevant content, as well as the technical skills necessary to produce the content. Strong graphic design skills, aesthetic sensibility, and a collaborative attitude are crucial.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Collaborate with creative team and copywriters to concept and design promo campaigns, with assets that include: email, display and affiliate ads, landing pages and social assets
- Infuse brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing creative implemented online, in print and across social media platforms
- Maintain an organized set of files, utilizing our project management systems and file servers
- Deliver high-quality creative products while insisting on high standards for self/others on the creative team
- Creatively interpret strategic vision of Executive Creative Director and work collaboratively on development of content strategy
- Consistently ensure top artistic and creative quality, while holding high standards for a collaborative design culture and professional development

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Bachelor's Degree required preferably in graphic design or related field
- Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
- Excited to grow your design skills in a collaborative environment with a lively team culture
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision
- Team player with demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
- Experience in a wide-range of creative functions typography, layout, color theory, photography and copy
- Proficiency in related tools and production software, including but not limited to Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Acrobat.
